Day is an aviation & space law attorney, specializing in transportation law issues, including aviation and space regulatory law and litigation. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master In Laws degree from the McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Washington D.C. and New Mexico for eight years and has experience in all levels of government, from local municipalities to the United Nations. She also serves as a legislator in the New Mexico House of Representatives.
