Julia brings more than 15 years of leadership and finance experience to her role as CFO. She is finance & strategy executive with a focus on stakeholders’ value creation, gaining her experience in the business environment including buyouts, compliance projects implementation, change management, setting up procedures and financial reporting, strategy definition and execution, as well as more than 40 executed M&A transactions. Experienced in working with investment funds, private and public shareholders. Julia is a certified public accountant (CPA).
